A New Logo design for Chiropractor Nicolas Carré
Nicolas Carré is a chiropractor, providing service in manual correction adjustments and also using the technique BEST developed by Dr. M. T. Morter, Jr. These adjustments help harmonize tensions, improve posture, and stimulate the nervous system to improve overall health in the body.


Overview: Approach & Contributions
Penelope was approached to create a new logo and identity system for the young chiropractor that would allow him to become recognizable in the health and wellness community. His inspirations, Vietnamese heritage, and open-minded about natural healing to help people was very inspiring.
Through observation of tribal ceramics, body paint, and the shakra, I discovered that swirl like symbols representing energy are used throughout, as well as bold, bright colours. The meaning of Carré in French also meant square. This became the key reference for the final logo design.
