Case Study
Designing a logo identity and branding photography for Artist Cécile Barrial
Contemporary Mixed Media Artist, Cécile Barrial creates evocative mixed media compositions that blend organic textures, layered paintwork, and found materials. Her work explores themes of memory, emotion, and the tension between the natural and the constructed world. Often working on large-scale canvases, she uses a combination of acrylic, ink, textiles, and recycled elements to evoke a sense of timeless fragility.

Overview: Approach & Contributions
Cécile needed a versatile, memorable logo to represent her brand across exhibition materials, online platforms, limited merchandise and for her coaching profession.
For her logo identity, I felt her brand personality was created just like her art – Delicate · Introspective · Organic · Textured · Timeless.

Professional Personal Branding
Cécile’s audience includes a wide array of people, and it doesn’t mean they have to be artists. Her coaching approach is to council people who are going through a phase of transition. She coaches people to understand and give support to move to the life they want. The art that they create shows a narrative and tactile visual to read the unconscious. Her work resonates especially with those interested in slow art, sustainability, and emotional storytelling through abstract form.
The black and white images clients feel becomes an open rainbow and unveiling what becomes the answers of those who question. A communication through art.
“My work is about what’s left behind — fragments, feelings, echoes. I want to give shape to things we forgot but still feel. I want my work to feel like a map — uncharted, layered, and full of buried memories.
Her artistic voice is raw, intuitive, earthy, experimental, and deeply personal.
